Projects to follow up in 2025:
Hive - 22.00 % completed (generated $180 this month)
Across - 32.80 % completed (generated $103 this month)
Shares Account no.1 AJ Bell 10K - 20.05 % completed
Shares Account no.2 Freetrade 10K- 19.88 % completed
Cash 20K - 75.60 % completed
All the special projects are going well, 20% or more of it achieved, with the next aim of 25% for all of them to be completed. Crypto went a bit down this month, both in total value and profit, only 485 this month, which is the average really for this year, but previous month I was lucky with a nice 1400 as an one-off. The emergency fund/ cash fund is growing up nicely, but I have the feeling that some emergency is coming soon, as I may need to rent a new house by September. I am working to clear some debts, as I paid for a holiday with Paypal, and now I am slowly paying it back. Not much left, I should be back to zero debt next month. On the Freetrade account I start to buy some UK Treasury Bills, as they pay some nice 4.16% interest monthly. I can live with that. I have also got some more Black Rock shares, as they pay dividends every 3 months. With these two options BlackRock shares and Treasury Bills, I aim to build some monthly income in the next 7 years. Hive and Across are already generating small incomes monthly, with the aim of £1000 each per month. I know I started late, but I do hope to reach my FIRE target by the time I am 55.
I wish you a profitable well-planned rest of the year!
G.
